Sweetest Aurora -
Here we sit, me on the couch and you in your "circus." You are talking up a baby babble storm. It is music to my ears.
I'm sorry it has taken me 5-1/2 months to start writing notes to you. Adjusting to having a new baby in our home has been fairly easy, but it has left me very little time to write.
You are a remarkable little kiddo. You have captured the hearts of your family and all who meet you. Your smile and twinkling blue eyes entice those around you. We know you are up to something,but none of us quite knows what that might be.
But I think what I love most of all is watching Morgen interact with you. She is absolutely in love with you and I believe the feeling is mutual. When you cry, Mo tries to comfort you. When you play, Mo joins in your fun. When you talk, Mo translates for us. And when Mo talks to you, you look up at her with your bright eyes smiling.
It is pure love and that fills me with endless joy.
I love you sweet cakes. With my whole heart.
